Refund policy

🕒 Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.

Note: For hygiene and safety reasons, only unused and unopened products are eligible for return.


📦 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Product must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation email) is required

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


📬 How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email us at contact@dorelleglow.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Product details
  • Reason for return
  • Unboxing video or photo (if damaged or wrong item received)

Once your return is approved, we will share:

  • Return instructions
  • Return shipping address
  • Whether return shipping will be prepaid or self-arranged

Important: Do not send products back without prior approval. Such returns will not be accepted.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened products
  • Items purchased on sale or under promotional offers
  • Free gifts or trial products
  • Gift cards or coupons

Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of used items to ensure the safety of all customers.


🧴 Damaged / Wrong Products

If your product arrives leaking, broken, or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@dorelleglow.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Unboxing video or clear photos

We’ll replace or refund after verifying the issue.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return and place a new order after your return is accepted.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • If approved, we’ll initiate a refund to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take up to 7–10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment gateway

🇮🇳 Shipping Only in India

Currently, Dorelle Glow ships only within India. This policy does not apply to EU/International customers.
