📦 Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving full payment and order confirmation.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We currently ship only within India.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier delays, or high-demand periods (like festivals or sales).

💸 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹499.
  • Orders below ₹499 will incur a flat shipping fee of ₹49.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional ₹50 COD fee will apply.

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email or SMS. You can track your shipment using the tracking link provided.

We ship through trusted delivery services like Delhivery, Amazon Shipping, and India Post, depending on your pin code.

📬 Incorrect Address / Missed Delivery

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you for a reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

❌ Delivery Delays

Dorelle Glow is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters
  • Courier service delays
  • Incorrect shipping addresses
